Please join us on Saturday September 17th, 2022 at the Kohl Family YMCA at 477 E. Market Street in Akron for our 1st annual Firestone High School Swim TeamPre-Season Fitness Challenge. Test your fitness level with this 6km Swim/Run Duathlon and see how ready you are for this year’s season. The duathlon will consist of a 1km swim in the Kohl family’s indoor pool followed by the challenging 5km PS I love you run. The run starts and ends at the Kohl Family YMCA and courses through the Summa Health Care Campus and Middlebury neighborhood. This course is full of ups and downs as well as twists and turns that will challenge all runners. The run is chip timed and every participant receives a race T-shirt and food post race.
